Performs a variety of office support functions. Duties include, but are not limited to ; preparing correspondence and notices, setting up records, typing legal documents, dictation and minutes, recording and processing data, managing a data base, Medicaid and At-Risk billing, keying day sheets, receptionist for the unit and managing Unit records and files.
High School graduation
Computer Proficiency is required
Bi-Lingual ability (English/Spanish) is desirable
Demonstrated possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities gained through at least one year of office assistant/secretarial experience; or a combination of training and experience.
Part-time, non-benefited
Pre-employment drug screening and background check is required.
