Position Objectives

Performs professional office functions. Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting child support enforcement staff with the performance of a variety of duties; scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence and notices; conducting client interviews and providing explanations of program services; initiating cases including case entries; retrieving and processing IV-A referrals; locating absent parents including verification and case update; case research; filing; and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High School Graduation and Two Years of Credible Clerical Experience
Computer Proficiency Is Required 

Desirable Training and Experience

Bi-Lingual Ability Is Desirable
